The Company;

Mono Serra is a private company headquartered in Montreal. The company, which has been in existence for more than 20 years, specializes in the manufacture, distribution and wholesale of quality floor coverings, including ceramic and porcelain tiles, laminate flooring and hardwood. Mono Serra Group also owns Mistral Wood Flooring companies, a wood flooring manufacturer and a sawmill; T.L.T.Industries.

Responsibilities and Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the responsibilities of the position include:

  • Welcome the customers;
  • Respond to customer calls and emails;
  • Process orders to the IT system and follow up as required;
  • Validate prices and delivery times;
  • Respond to customer requests and provide requested technical information;
  • Monitor credit granted to clients, analyze and reconcile variances when required;
  • Support for special projects;
  • Any other tasks related to general accounting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position
  • Good experience in an SME environment
  • Rigour, organization, priority management and timeliness
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Dynamism, autonomy and initiative
  • Bilingual, French (spoken, written)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Accpac (an asset)
