The Company;
Mono Serra is a private company headquartered in Montreal. The company, which has been in existence for more than 20 years, specializes in the manufacture, distribution and wholesale of quality floor coverings, including ceramic and porcelain tiles, laminate flooring and hardwood. Mono Serra Group also owns Mistral Wood Flooring companies, a wood flooring manufacturer and a sawmill; T.L.T.Industries.
Responsibilities and Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the job responsibilities include the following duties;
- Welcome clients ;
- Respond to customer calls and emails;
- Process orders in the computer system and follow up as required;
- Validate prices and delivery times;
- Respond to customer requests and provide the requested technical information;
- Follow up on credits granted to customers, analyze and reconcile discrepancies when required;
- Support for special projects;
- Any other task related to general accounting.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position
- Have a good experience in an SME environment
- Rigor, sense of organization, management of priorities and respect of deadlines
- Excellent ability to collaborate and teamwork
- Dynamism, autonomy and initiative
- Bilingual, French, English (spoken, written)
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite Knowledge of Accpac (an asset
